All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and strict sanitation standards, Rareify02 does not accept returns,exchanges, or refunds on any items.Once an item has left our facility, it cannot re sold or returned to inventory for health, safety, and quality-control reasons.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Order issues/Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and shows Delivered by carrier, Rareify02 is no longer responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, Photos of item and package. A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review and assist you.
Incorrect Address
Rareify02 is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If your order has yet shipped, We will do our best to update the address-but this is not guaranteed.
